Here are photos from our class on "72 Hour Kits" taught by Pam Grange. Pam told us of her research and how she put 72 hour kits together for her children and their families for Christmas. She gave us some excellent ideas and wonderful handouts.

Kim Hooper and LaDawn fixed a light snack of chicken cream puffs, a relish tray and eclairs.
