I told those who came to my home for treat exchange night the first of December that I would get them the recipes for the kettle corn and caramel corn we made that night. -Jan Hornberger
Caramel Corn
1 1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup Karo syrup
2 squares butter
Boil for 1 minute. Pour over popped corn. (there is enough for a large bowl of popcorn)
Kettle Corn
I use a "Back to Basics" stove top popper. I know there are several other brands of stove top poppers - mine has a handle which lets you stir the corn as it pops.
1/3 cup popcorn
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup olive oil
